Kathryn Flowers
Kathryn is a senior leader with over a decade of experience building people-centered systems across higher education, public service, and nonprofits. She currently leads a 70-person data and operations unit at UT Austin, supporting 51,000+ students and 20,000+ faculty and staff. Known for turning complexity into structure, she has led large-scale digital transitions, managed €9M+ budgets, and driven mission-aligned reform at institutional scale.
Emmy Laursen
Emmy is a consultant and clinician with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of people, creativity, and organizations. Drawing on leadership roles in arts and cultural institutions alongside her clinical training as a licensed mental health counselor, she supports individuals and teams in navigating relationships, work environments, and systems with greater clarity, care, and connection.
